India-Australia Series,2020-21 Covid pandemic has ravaged the world in 2020, the year all of the human race would like to forget. The mankind has just started to limp back to normalcy,so does the Sporting world. Matches began to be played in empty stadiums, teams started to travel in the safe cocoon what would be called as 'Bio-Bubble'. After the successful IPL campaign in UAE away from home, the Indian team was set to fly to Australia, the series all cricket lovers in India would love to keep on tracking. After losing the 3 match ODIs 1-2,we made a comeback with 2-1 T20 victory. But even in this era of IPLs and BBLs, I was looking ahead for the 4 match Test series alike many others in my generation who got the real charm of Test cricket after that Epic Home Series win against Australia back in 2003. মকরসংক্রান্তি মানেই কুয়াশা আচ্ছন্ন শীতের সকাল আর ঘরে  ঘরে  মা  ঠাকুমাদের  পিঠেপুলি তৈরি  করার  তোড়জোড়| এবছর হঠাৎই  উবে যাওয়া শীত বাধ্য হয়ে যেনো আবার ফিরে এসেছে পৌষ-পরব এর  আমেজ নিয়ে| রোদ ওঠেনি আজ সকাল থেকে, দেরি করে লেপ ছেড়ে চায়ে চুমুক দিতে দিতে হঠাৎই সুযোগ আসে সংক্রান্তির পৌষ মেলা দেখার| বাঁকুড়া জেলার জয়পুর থেকে  30 কিমি দূরে বনদেবী 'বাঁকাশিনী'র পুজো হয় বনের মধ্যেই একটি ছোট্ট মন্দিরে| স্মরনাতীত কাল  থেকেই পৌষ সংক্রান্তিতে মেলা বসে সেই প্রাঙ্গনে| স্থানীয়দের কাছে খুব জনপ্রিয় এই মেলা বসে শুধুমাত্র একটি বেলার জন্যেই| বাহারি রঙের চাদর,মাফলার,হনুমান টুপি পরে বিকিকিনি তে মেতে ওঠে গ্রামবাংলার সহজ সরল মানুষেরা| গরম জিলিপি বা মুচমুচে পাঁপড় খেতে খেতে হাসিমুখে ছুটে বেড়ায় কচিকাচারা| গ্রামের মহিলারা ভক্তিভরে পুজো দিতে ভোলে না  'বাঁকাশিনী' র  মন্দিরে| বড়রা মেতে ওঠে এই  এলাকায় জনপ্রিয়  'ঝান্ডি খেলায়'| মেলা  ঘুরতে  ঘুরতে বুঝতে পারি, আমাদের প্রচলিত সংস্কৃতি র ধারক ও বাহক এই গ্রামবাংলার সরল মানুষদের বেঁচে থাকার রসদ স...
